How long do appointments go for?

How many people can I bring ?
Formal /Mother of The Bride/Other
- All formal gown customers are required to bring a parent or guardian with them.
- Bridesmaids and the Bride ONLY ! - We kindly ask that no other people attend the appointment due to the space of the boutique.

Are photos allowed?
- You are welcome to take photos when you say yes to the dress! but due to copyright reasons not before.

How long will my gown take to be delivered ?
- If you need to order a gown, delivery time is 16-20 weeks. We do have a large variety that can be purchased off the floor.

What if my event is less then 4-6 months away ?
- Its ok ! we have rush option which means delivery can be 10-12 weeks or even super rush depending on the designer which can be 2-3 weeks.

Do you sell gowns off the floor ?
- Yes! Gowns can be purchased off the floor​

What size do you sell ?
- Our instore samples range from a size 4 to a size 24.

Do surcharges apply ?
- Sometimes yes, on custom order colours and some sizing - but don't worry your stylist will discuss this with you in store !

Do you stock accessories ?
- We have limited veil & jewellery options however located downstairs is Newcastle Bridal House and they have a large range of hair, jewellery and veil accessories

Can my friend and I try on at the same time?
- We like to allow each person there time to shine so no, but we can do back to back appointments!
