I had an outstanding experience at Nova Chic Boutique. I found the staff to be very accomodating when it came to finding a year 12 formal dress that best suited my preferences. They were very skilled in knowing which dresses would match my size the most and gathered those I liked for me to try on. Their knowledge was very helpful as it allowed me to spend my time deciding which dresses looked the best on me instead of wandering around aimlessly looking for dresses that may not even fit properly. I did have to get alternations to the length but that’s always a requirement as I’m not very tall. Due to the Nova staffs amazing assistance I was able to walk out of their store with a beautiful dress that I absolutely adored, one that fitted my body shape perfectly and felt so comfortable as well. I greatly appreciate the guidance they offered me as I felt as though I found my ideal dress and walked out a very happy customer. Booking via appointment and being the only customer in the store made finding a dress so much easier aswell. I found that buying a dress for my year 10 formal was very chaotic as a result of the large amount of people trying on dresses, and although the staff were trying their best to help they couldn’t provide their full attention to each customer. This was quite stressful and I ended up choosing a dress that I didn’t entirely love. Nova avoids this problem by allowing you the best one on one experience to aid you in finding the dress you’re after. Thus I highly recommend this store to those looking for formal dresses.
